Dear Members of Archery Assosciation of Singapore,

 

AAS wish to invite all members to attend an Extraordinary General Meeting of Archery Assocation of Singapore which will be held on 24th April 2010 at 3:00pm, at  Potong Pasir Community Center, 6, Potong Pasir Avenue 2 S(358361), Level 2, Conference room for the purpose of considering and if deem fit, passing the resolution which will be prosposed as ordinary resolution with or without changes.

 

Members who are not able to attend are strongly encourage to appointed a proxy/proxies to attend. Members appointing proxy/proxies are hereby request to duly filled up all necessary information in the normination form, duly sign and stamp and submit to AAS before 15th April 2010 to:

Important: Proxy/proxies without the normination form will not be allow into the meeting
