Tender for AAS Shoot event organiser

Dear AAS Affiliated Clubs,

AAS is inviting all affiliated clubs to submit applications to be the event organiser for the forthcoming AAS shoot on 18, 19 December 2010. Applications must reach the Hon. Secretary via email by Wednesday 24 Nov 2010. The application must be accompanied by the operations plan and quotation for operating the entire event. Below is the scope of work for the event organiser:

 
The organiser will provide:
- DOS
- All admin and field set up work
- The running of the competition
- Formal results
- Post event report.
 
AAS will provide all field equipment, trophy, judges and generator.
