Job Role :

The National Coach is responsible :

• To provide elite coaching for identified AAS National Archery Team
• To help prepare, formulate and implement performance programme for the development of the sport in Singapore
• To maintain and analyse data on National athletes and develop programmes to maximise performance
• To work with the High Performance/or Coaching Committee providing advice and assist in the implementation of AAS’s youth development programme
• Mentor local coaches/assigned coaches
• To conduct coaching courses or clinics

Interested Applicants are to send

• A sample progressive report on a current archer he/she is coaching together with his/her Curriculum Vitae
•  List all his/her medals and achievements won as an archer and as a coach
