Archery Association of Singapore

Dear Affiliated Clubs,

AAS is inviting all affiliated clubs to bid for a tender to organise the prestigious National Open 2011. AAS will offer a sum of S$3126 to the organiser of this event.

Prerequisites of the event:
- Distances: Double 70m, Double 50m and Double 30m with Individual Elimination and Team Elimination (other distances will not be endorsed by the AAS).   
- The shooting category of double 70m must cater for recurve and compound.
- AAS will only be providing the usage of the target boards (limited to 10 boards) but arrangement of own logistics.
- 1st and 2nd of October are the dates for National Open
 

Organiser will have to:
- Hire own manpower, logistics, admin
